So, if the company makes a profit, they split it 50/50 with the employees, which gets paid out on a quarterly basis!Trace-A-Matic Offers:HealthDentalVision401KGain SharingTuition Reimbursement10 paid holidaysService Based PTOTuition ReimbursementSafety Shoe and Safety Glasses ReimbursementTrace-A-Matic is hiring 1st Shift and 2nd Shift CNC Machinists , see below:CNC Machinist Job Overview: You would perform set up, operation, and programming of complex machined components for many different industries.Responsibilities & DutiesAbility to set up all repeat jobs that are fully documentedRun the first piece to print specificationKnowledge of programming and may have ability to make edits or program.Manually inspect the part to the inspection sheet criteriaAbility to read blueprints to a medium/high level and correlate that back to the inspection protocol and documentationKnowledge of GD&T tolerancingMay run multiple machines simultaneously as a production cellAdvanced shop math with trigonometry and geometryMentor and train operatorsOther duties as neededRequirements: Qualifications:High School Diploma/ CNC technical diploma preferred5+ years of Machining experienceIndividuals should show intelligence, mechanical interest/aptitude, good math skills and most importantly willingness to learn.Type: CNC Machinist, Full Time, 1st Shift (6am to 6pm) and 2nd Shift (6pm to 6am)Company : Trace-A-MaticLocation : Houston, TXSalary Description $26.00 - $33.00/hour
