Our growing before/after school child-care program is looking to expand and add well-qualified leaders to our team. Work for Explorers Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TB0eQyMcPw4 Assignment Details: Clear Springs Elementary, Deephaven Elementary, Excelsior Elementary, Groveland Elementary, Minnewashta Elementary and Scenic Heights Elementary 2022-23 school-year (early September through mid-June) Morning and/or afternoon shifts available *Wages:* $17.00 minimum hourly rate This position qualifies for a quarterly stipend from a DHS Stabilization Grant through 2022-23 fiscal year. *Primary Objective of Positions:* Provide guidance and supervision of children in grades K-5, under the direction of program supervisors. Assist in planning age-appropriate activities, perform record keeping, and monitor children and activities. *Job Qualifications: * * Evidence of passion for working with children. * Evidence of positive interpersonal skills; ability to relate to both children and adults. * Evidence of ability to accept direction and work as a team member. * Evidence of understanding of and willingness to abide by confidentiality policy and practice. * Demonstrated ability to take initiative. * Evidence of organizational and communication skills. * Proven record of punctuality and responsibility. * Must be at least 18 years old.
