A company is looking for a Manager of Data Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring timely delivery of insights and scalable data processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business intelligence requirements into actionable data solutions
Monitor and optimize data system performance while staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in data management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field with 7+ years of experience in data/analytical roles
Experience with enterprise data visualization tools and knowledge of data design best practices
Experience in mentoring or leading others
Familiarity with analytics concepts such as dashboards and KPIs
Advanced Excel skills for diagnostics and modeling
