Benefits:Paid Sick TimeHRAPaid Drive TimeMileage ReimbursementBonus Opportunities401(k)Competitive salaryPaid time offJob DescriptionAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct, compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior-analytic programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your client caseload will gradually be built as we thoughtfully match you with clients based on your skill level, geographic area, and scheduling availability. RBTs typically drive between 30 and 60 miles per day. While we strive to assign clients near your home, proximity cannot always be guaranteed. Drive time between clients is paid, and mileage between clients is reimbursed.Primary ResponsibilitiesImplement ABA Treatment Plans: Provide direct intervention and therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Implement each client’s individualized treatment and behavior intervention programs with professionalism, accuracy, and compassion.Demonstrate Dependability: Maintain a punctual, consistent, and reliable schedule to support clients’ continuity of care and therapeutic progress.Support Caregiver Involvement: Provide education and hands-on training to caregivers and family members to help them effectively implement ABA strategies across environments.Maintain Documentation Excellence: Complete all clinical and administrative documentation accurately, thoroughly, and within required timelines.Adhere to Organizational Standards: Follow all company policies, procedures, and timelines to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.Represent the Flourish Vision: Learn, uphold, and model the mission and values of Flourish, fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture for clients, families, and team members.Required CredentialsCompleted High School Diploma.
