Whether working in-person or remotely, you'll be supported every step of the way.Clinical ResponsibilitiesConduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programmingDevelop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needsProvide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAsAnalyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progressCollaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomesMaintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentationEnsure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelinesDeliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpointRequiredWhat Sets You ApartMaster’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldActive BCBA certification in good standingCurrent 8-hour supervision certificateState licensure where applicableExperience working with children with Autism Spectrum DisorderStrong communication and organizational skillsReliable transportation when in-person travel is requiredAuthorized to work in the United StatesNice to HaveExperience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based or hybrid settingComfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentationA collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationshipsHow We Set You Up For SuccessAt Applied ABC, we combine clinical excellence with strong operational support so you can focus on what matters most, helping clients make meaningful, lasting progress.
