We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.Job DescriptionExperian is looking for an Executive Assistant to support four North America (NA) Operations leaders. Reporting to the EVP of NA Operations, you will meaningfully contribute on the NA Operations team, providing high-level support across the leadership group.Responsibilities Include:Handle scheduling of high priority recurring and ad hoc meetings with executives and key stakeholdersProactively plan, schedule, and prepare other recurring meetings several quarters in advanceStay on top of organizational changes, updating invites to reflect leadership changes across eight business units and multiple corporate functionsEnsure meetings run smoothly and be accountable for meetings minutes, meeting summaries and follow-up action items and record keepingUse a high level of confidentiality as the communication gatekeeper to facilitate communication, and escalate issues to ensure team deliverables are met, including the tracking and scheduling of calendar and eventsProvide support by being able to develop and prepare Excel, and PowerPoint (must be advanced) documents and presentationsInterface with the team, clients, vendors and internal support groupsMake arrangements and reservations for meetings, training, and conference callsPrepare/maintain calendars, coordinate travel planning, reservations and arrangementsProcess expense reports for leaders promptlyLead with day-to-day office operations for NA Operations, including liaising with facilities and technology departmentsThis is a hybrid position – requires 3-4 days per week in the Costa Mesa officeQualifications5+ years supporting senior executivesExcellent project management skills and proactive management of leader calendarsAdvanced-level user of O365 suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software Experience using Copilot, Chat GPT and Ai toolsExperience using Canva for presentations and visual presentationsExperience collaborating and being a back-up for other EAsBenefits/Perks:Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
