A company is looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to support channel partners in delivering AI-first customer engagement solutions. Key Responsibilities Acting as a pre-sales technical advisor to channel partners focused on customer experience and contact solutions Leading technical onboarding and enablement for partners expanding Zoom Customer Experience capabilities Collaborating with partners to build and execute technical plans that enhance solution readiness and adoption Required Qualifications Over 5 years of experience in solution engineering, sales engineering, or partner engineering within CX or cloud contact center environments Expertise in modern CX technologies, including contact center solutions and conversational AI Experience in building and executing partner technical enablement or growth plans Understanding of AI-driven trends in the CX and CCaaS market Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus
