DescriptionMaine Medical CenterProfessional - ClinicalReq #: 62284$15,000 Sign on Bonus for experienced CSTs$3000 Sign on Bonus for new gradsMust have current CST credentials to be eligible** Current Maine Health Employees not eligible-must be separated from MH for at least 6 months **Relocation for Approved Offers!Summary:The Surgical Technologist I - MMCP role is involved in preparing the operating room and instruments, equipment and supplies as well as passing instruments, sponges, and sutures to surgeons.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology required.License/Certifications: Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required within six months of start date or at the discretion of leadership for positions at MMC. Certification preferred at SMHC.
