Exhibit Sales - Handicraft Portfolio
This is a revenue ownership role.We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive exhibitor and sponsorship revenue across our growing handicraft portfolio, including h+h americas, Fiber & Fabric Craft Festival, and h+h americas Fall.You will manage accounts, develop new business, and contribute to a team-based sales culture where success is shared.What you'll do:• Sell exhibit space, sponsorships, and marketing programs • Manage full sales cycle: prospect ? close ? renewal • Grow accounts year over year • Develop new business across craft and adjacent industries • Maintain pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot • Represent the team onsite at events What you bring:• 5+ years B2B sales experience (trade shows/events preferred) • Proven track record closing deals and growing accounts • Strong communication and relationship skills • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment Compensation:• Base: $60,000 • Team-based commission (shared success model) • Annual company bonus On-target earnings: $75,000 – $90,000+ Benefits:• Medical insurance • 401(k) • Paid Time Off Work model:• Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office after training) • Chicago-area preferred Why Koelnmesse:• Fast-growing event portfolio recognized by Trade Show Executive Fast 50 (2022–2025) • Strong industry reputation and momentum • Clear path for career growth Come for the job.
