We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to help expand our presence across independent grocery retailers.If you thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and take ownership of your territory, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on a growing business.Role DescriptionOwn and grow your sales territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationshipsBuild strong partnerships with grocery retailers, wholesalers, and distributorsIncrease product distribution, shelf presence, and overall market shareIdentify new opportunities for placement, promotions, and product expansionExecute structured sales calls and manage efficient weekly routing plansEnsure strong in-store execution through merchandising, pricing, and promotionsSubmit accurate orders and maintain organized sales recordsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insightsCollaborate with internal teams on marketing and promotional initiativesDeliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionallyQualifications2–4 years of sales experience (CPG or food & beverage preferred)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsExperience with retail, distribution, or foodservice accounts is a plusSelf-starter with excellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Willingness to travel locally (~75% of the time, mileage reimbursed)Core StrengthsSales execution & closingTerritory managementProspecting & business developmentCustomer service excellenceMerchandising & product knowledgeProblem-solving & adaptabilityWhy Join Us?At Authentico Foods, you’re not just another sales rep—you’re a key part of a growing brand with deep roots and real momentum.
