Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our vibrant team. This hybrid role will support our financial and administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functions while allowing flexibility based on the candidate’s strengths and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reporting.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Office Management Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
Answer phone calls and greet clients with professionalism and warmth.
Maintain filing systems and organize office documents.
Assist with customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
Coordinate project schedules and resources to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or office management (preferably in the construction or service industry).
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Google (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
