This exciting opportunity is a fully onsite role at our modern and well-equipped facility in Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC, with a schedule of Monday through Friday. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, passionate about electrical systems, and eager to contribute to innovative and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Technician role focused on electromechanical testing, primarily electrical with some mechanical aptitude.Higher Secondary Education plus three years related experience preferredEffective communication skills and ability to interact with customersProven ability to be innovative and creativeTheoretical knowledge in ElectronicsDesire to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must. Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing.Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 and $56,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).Learn More:#LI-BD1#LI-OnsiteSet up and operate test equipment for client projects.Build or adapt test setups based on engineering instructions and data sheets.Examine samples and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Follow defined test plans and record accurate data.Operate designated machines and perform routine maintenance; assist with basic calibration.Evaluate test performance and prepare clear reports.Communicate with customers during setup and testing to ensure proper evaluation.Suggest improvements for equipment, processes, and testing methods.Work independently within defined responsibilities and apply continuous improvement practices.
