Job Description Our organization is actively looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers to deliver a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Thousand Oaks, CA. You may be an ideal candidate for this role if you meet the following criteria:Possess an independent license and reside in California — LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).Available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of client availability each week.Function as a behavioral health generalist, open to working with diverse clients, including couples and children.Dedicated to helping clients achieve measurable progress.Comfortable using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems.A collaborative team player — we are building a supportive clinical community and value positive contributions.CompensationCompensation can reach up to $115,400, depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and various employer-sponsored benefits.Support and ResourcesWe take care of administrative tasks so you can concentrate on delivering exceptional care. This includes credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, along with paid orientation and training to help you get started.
