Our organization is actively looking for Licensed Clinicians to deliver a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Thousand Oaks, CA. This position offers a competitive ramp stipend for those clinicians who can commit to 30 or more hours of availability each week.About the PositionFounded by clinicians in 2008 and still led by them, our mental health care organization has expanded to over 340 locations, serving more than 175,000 clients annually through over 1.7 million sessions. As a clinician-led entity, we prioritize supporting our team with the necessary tools, community, and stability to foster a lasting career.Role OverviewWe are seeking licensed clinicians to provide empathetic, evidence-based care to our extensive client base across the nation. You may be an ideal candidate for this position if you meet the following criteria:Possess an independent license and reside in California—LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).Available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.Able to treat a diverse range of clients, including couples and children, as a behavioral health generalist.Dedicated to helping clients achieve measurable improvements.Comfortable using modern clinical technologies, including telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems.A collaborative team player—our clinical community thrives on positive contributions.CompensationCompensation can reach up to $115,400, depending on your licensure type, session volume, and available bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are entitled to health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and various employer-sponsored benefits.Support and ResourcesWe take care of administrative tasks so you can concentrate on delivering outstanding care. This includes managing credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, along with paid orientation and training to help you get started.
