We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing litigation team focused exclusively on personal injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients.Key Responsibilities:• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution• Handle pre-litigation and/or litigation matters depending on experience• Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and strategy development• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands• Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and medical providers• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances as needed• Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparationQualifications:• J.D. from an accredited law school• Active state bar license in good standing• 3–5+ years of personal injury experience required• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively• Trial experience is a plus
