Hiring: R&D Engineer | 3+ Years ExperienceWe are seeking a motivated and innovative R&D Engineer with 3+ years of experience to support product development and research initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about design, development, and continuous innovation in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Support research and development activities for new and existing productsAssist in design, prototyping, testing, and validation of productsConduct experiments, data analysis, and technical evaluationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering)Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and design recordsSupport design verification & validation (DV/IV&V) activitiesIdentify opportunities for product improvement and innovationEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (if applicable)Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field)3+ years of experience in R&D/Product DevelopmentHands-on experience with design tools (CAD, simulation tools, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with testing, prototyping, and data analysisKnowledge of design control processes (preferred)Experience in regulated industries (Medical Device/Pharma) is a plusGood communication and teamwork skills
