Electrical Superintendent
Superintendent II An established commercial construction services provider is seeking a Superintendent II to join its leadership team. Superintendent II Benefits & Compensation Salary + bonus potential PTO 401k with match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Professional development and continuing education support Inclusive workplace culture that values safety and quality Superintendent II Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in the electrical field, including at least 7 years in a supervisory roleExperience running projects or crews totaling up to 100,000 man-hoursProven ability to supervise up to 4 supervisors and up to 50 employees across single or multiple projectsOSHA 30 Certification (required or obtainable upon hire)High school diploma or GED; completion of an accredited apprenticeship or equivalent experience Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and safety documents in English Working knowledge of applicable National Electrical Codes and OSHA safety standards Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and perform tasks in various environmental conditions Superintendent II Preferred Background & Skills Experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional electrical systems is required Certifications in CPR, AED, First Aid, lifts, and powder-actuated tools are a plus Bilingual abilities are advantageous Superintendent II Day-to-Day Responsibilities Supervise and train foremen, electricians, apprentices, and project support staff Make hiring, disciplinary, and termination decisions for project staffing Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and project specifications Plan, assign, and coordinate electrical installations including conduit, cable tray, switchgear, and fire alarm systems Inspect and verify electrical work, testing circuits for compatibility and safety Oversee site security, material management, and regular safety inspections Communicate effectively across project teams, documenting work and maintaining quality standards Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and reliable attendance If you are ready to lead major electrical projects while growing your career with a respected industry leader, we encourage you to apply.
