Join us and be part of a company that’s always evolving, where you’ll work with top professionals and make an impact from day one!We’re searching for a talented and driven Superintendent to join our team!Your Day-to-DayResponsible for the leadership, oversight and management of onsite electrical superintendent / foremenJob involves regular, short notice travel to work sites and providing onsite leadership, job reviews, quality control and safety walks and inspectionsAssist/train foremen on job reviews to include initial, 25%, 50%,75% and closeout, plus cost to complete budgets and updates.Interact with project managers to address critical needs for job sites to include manpower, material and equipmentAssist with the management of foremen and manpower to include regular reviews, projections and forecastingWhat You’ll Bring To The Table15–20 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experiencePrevious superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews on construction job sitesExtensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations, job planning, blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, device termination, testing, and troubleshootingAbility to mentor and direct foremen and construction electriciansStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and company leadershipAbility to efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials on job sites Experience with Procore preferred; strong computer skills including Microsoft OfficeOSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferredValid driver’s license required with willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtimeWhy You’ll Love Being HerePositive, team-focused work environment with long-term stability and opportunities to grow in the electrical industryCompetitive weekly pay with $4/hour night shift differential and paid travel, hotel, plus per diemComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and employer-paid life, disability, and EAP coverage401(k) with generous company match, paid time off, and paid holidaysOngoing training, continuing education, employee referral bonuses, and other exceptional perksLet’s Build The Future TogetherIf you’re ready to take your skills to new heights, we want to hear from you!At Rogers Electric, we power up innovation and empower people—creating a workplace that values diversity and inclusion every step of the way.
