Barber/Stylist Cosmetologist

Responsibilities: - Provide barbering and hairstyling services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, trims, and styling. - Offer hair extensions and threading services to clients. - Perform makeup applications for special occasions or events. - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. - Upsell salon products and services to clients. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering and hairstyling. - Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and client interactions. Qualifications: - Valid cosmetology license. - Proven experience as a barber/stylist. - Proficiency in using MINDBODY software for scheduling and client management. - Strong knowledge of hair extensions, threading, and makeup application techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
