This is a cross-team position to fulfill duties within our security and help desk teams.You will be required to provide general technology support,respond to and implement support tickets, assist documenting and managing incidents and vulnerabilities, perform network monitoring and reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies.
