Job DescriptionThe Senior Product Manager – New Service Parts (NSP) is responsible for developing, launching, and managing new product lines within the North American aftermarket, with a strategic focus on expanding TERREPOWER's Service Parts portfolio. This role drives category growth, revenue expansion, and competitive positioning by identifying market opportunities, executing product strategy, and partnering cross-functionally with Sourcing, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams.Position SummaryThe Senior Product Manager – New Service Parts (NSP) is responsible for developing, launching, and managing new product lines within the North American aftermarket, with a strategic focus on expanding TERREPOWER's Service Parts portfolio. This role drives category growth, revenue expansion, and competitive positioning by identifying market opportunities, executing product strategy, and partnering cross-functionally with Sourcing, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams.The ideal candidate will bring strong industry insight, analytical rigor, and technical curiosity to build high-value product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and TERREPOWER's long-term strategic goals.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap DevelopmentDevelop and execute product line strategies that deliver growth and outperform market benchmarks.Build product roadmaps based on industry trends, emerging OEM technologies, market intelligence, and customer insights.Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, including accessory and complementary parts for categories such as turbos, BEV/hybrid auxiliary systems, commercial vehicles, and collision.New Product Development & Launch ExecutionUtilize the New Product Launch (NPL) process to assess market feasibility, demand, and competitive landscape.Drive sample procurement for R&D, validate technical feasibility, and ensure timely execution of launch milestones.Present clear, data-driven business cases for new products, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.Achieve forecast accuracy through disciplined demand modeling and analysis.Market, Competitive, & Financial AnalysisConduct market research using industry data providers to forecast aftermarket timing, behaviors, and product entry points.Analyze competitive pricing, product gaps, and margin opportunities to maximize profitability.Support strategic sourcing initiatives to diversify supply outside mainland China and strengthen supply chain resilience.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Commercial teams to develop customer-specific solutions and capture new business opportunities.Work with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure product readiness, compliance, and manufacturability.Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to optimize cost structures and supplier selection.Business Impact & Growth LeadershipStrengthen TERREPOWER's product portfolio by introducing strategically aligned new product categories.Support corporate goals tied to sustainability through responsible manufacturing, reduced waste, and expanded remanufacturing solutions.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).5–7+ years of experience in Product Management within automotive aftermarket, remanufacturing, or related technical industries.Demonstrated success launching and managing product lines with measurable revenue impact.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and competitive analysis skills.Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.Experience working cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, quality, and commercial teams.Experience in powertrain, turbocharger systems, BEV/hybrid components, or heavy-duty/commercial parts.Knowledge of aftermarket data suppliers and competitive intelligence tools.Background supporting NPI (New Product Introduction), NPL (New Product Launch), or structured product-launch processes.Experience with supplier diversification and global sourcing strategies.About UsFor over 35 years, TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) has been a leader in sustainable manufacturing, driving the circular economy by extending the life of essential products in the automotive and industrial markets.Founded in 1987 in Daphne, Alabama by the Bigler family, TERREPOWER began as a small regional remanufacturer of starters and alternators.
