Job Full DescriptionJob Title: Entry-Level Small Engine Mechanic Pay: $16 - $18 per hour (DOE)Schedule:Summer Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMDaylight Savings Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMRotating Saturdays requiredJob SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. This position is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and assembly of farm, garden, and lawn equipment. The ideal candidate has basic mechanical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate equipment safely. Key ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain small engines used to power lawn mowers, tractors, and outdoor power equipmentPerform routine maintenance such as cleaning, greasing parts, and tuning ignition systemsDisassemble and reassemble engines after repair or maintenanceRecord repairs performed, time spent, and parts usedAssemble and service farm, garden, and lawn equipment and toolsMaintain a clean and organized work areaRequirementsBasic mechanical knowledge or related experience preferredAbility to operate a forklift and tractor (required)Strong attention to detailAbility to lift equipment and parts as neededDependable and able to work rotating SaturdaysWillingness to learn and grow in the roleThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on mechanical experience in a stable, year-round position.
