This is a leadership opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in both the field and office, excels at managing teams, and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects from design through construction.The Construction Services Manager will oversee construction administration and inspection services for municipal, transportation, water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects. This individual will manage field staff, coordinate with design teams and clients, ensure contract compliance, and drive operational excellence in construction phase delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction administration and inspection services for public and private infrastructure projectsOversee resident engineers, construction inspectors, and field staffServe as primary liaison between clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal design teamsEnsure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirementsManage budgets, schedules, and construction phase riskReview RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applicationsConduct site visits and quality assurance reviewsDevelop and implement construction services standards, best practices, and QA/QC proceduresSupport business development efforts including proposal preparation, scope development, and client presentationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transition from design through constructionSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseAssociates Degree in Construction management or similar field; Bachelors a plus7+ years of field construction services experienceEIT or Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)NASSCO or NICET Certification a plusExperience with municipal, water/wastewater, transportation, or infrastructure projectsExperience managing budgets, schedules, and contractor coordinationKnowledge of construction contracts, public procurement, and regulatory complianceAbility to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teamsDemonstrated leadership and team management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel within the Northeast Region (CT, MA, RI)This is ahybrid role , offering the best of both worlds-collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
