Roark has a collaborative and fast-paced environment where operational excellence directly supports brand growth and customer success.   About The Role:The Fit Technician at Roark is essential to product excellence, ensuring garments meet specifications while driving fit accuracy, quality, and consistency.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Measure & record garments compared to approved specs on all prototypes, salesman samples, pre-production samples, and top of production.Conduct fit sessions on live models weekly for all stages of product creation.Provide clear, detailed fit comments and visual references to internal and external partnersEstablish new fits & blocks with design team at the beginning of the season per SOPPartner w/ Design, PD, Production to ensure garments meet fit standards. Participate in Product team meetings & reviewsCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers Responsible for Men's, Women's and Active CategoriesRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree preferred7+ years experience in apparel fitting, tech design, product developmentStrong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, grading principles, and materials impact on fit decisions.Experience conducting live fit sessionsFit analysis and problem solvingProficiency with PLM systems and basic Excel (measurement tracking)Comfortable managing multiple styles and deadlinesExperience w/ Gerber pattern making system a plusLocation & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.  Benefits and Perks:Complimentary chef prepared breakfast and lunch provided Monday - ThursdayGenerous product gift program and all brand discountsGrowth opportunities within the Archipelago family of brands: Roark, OluKai, Kaenon, MelinCompany bonus program5 year and 10 year Milestone Anniversary travel giftsMedical, Dental, Vision insurance in accordance with plan guidelinesCompany paid life insurance in accordance with plan guidelines401k with employer match in accordance with plan guidelines15 Days of PTO accrued annually, plus one additional day of PTO every year on your anniversary, and 3 Floating Holidays per yearPaid beach and giveback days, bi-annual team building events and other in-person celebrationsWork with talented and great people who share a love of RoarkDog friendly office  Archipelago Companies values a diverse, inclusive, and entrepreneurial workforce and culture, and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
