Job Description Now Hiring: Cashier/Sales AssociatePart-Time | Starting at $16.00/hour | Shifts: 4–8 hoursWe are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. If you enjoy interacting with people, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: HAVE FUN!!!Customer Service:Greet all customers with a warm, friendly attitudeProvide knowledgeable and courteous assistance with purchases and product inquiriesEngage customers with thoughtful questions to better understand their needs and preferencesOffer alternative product options when neededBuild rapport with repeat customers and enhance their shopping experienceSales & Register Operations:Efficiently operate the cash register and credit card machineAccurately handle cash and transactionsMaintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and local eventsStore Presentation:Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcomingReplenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displaysPerform light cleaning duties, including dusting, cleaning windows and coolers, and moppingShare responsibility for restroom upkeep and cleanlinessPhysical Tasks:Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs (e.g., soda cases)Remove trash and transport it to designated binsUse a ladder safely to reach high shelving areasProfessionalism & Communication:Demonstrate proper phone etiquetteCommunicate clearly and positively with team members and customersTake initiative to complete tasks and contribute ideasWork collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentBring creativity and enthusiasm to the workplace — we believe in having fun while doing great work!Preferred Qualifications:Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash registerFamiliarity with the local area and interest in current eventsPrevious customer service or retail experience is a plusFamiliar with Social Media and is comfortable taking photos and videos for Social Media content.Self-motivated - like to keep busyHours of Operation:Monday–Thursday: 11 AM – 8 PMFriday–Saturday: 11 AM – 9 PMSaturday: 10 AM - 9 PMSunday: 11 AM – 5 PM(Hours subject to change)If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy working in retail and are looking for a part-time opportunity with flexible hours, we encourage you to apply!#hc184855
