Contracts with several hospital systems 24/7 sub-specialty back up. Employed track and partnership track options Employed track - no call, no weekends. Starting salary ballpark is 375k, ramps up to 450k over 5 years. 10 weeks off + benefits (possibility of higher salary for experienced candidates) Partnership track - 1 in 4.5 weekend call, starting salary 300K, partnership 3 yr track, salary 600k + 10 weeks of vacation (additional 3-4 weeks of time off).
