. This full-time, on-site position presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a high-quality healthcare team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and diagnostic services.
As a Radiologist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating patients through advanced imaging techniques. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management and optimize treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities
Interpret medical imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds
Provide accurate and timely reports on imaging results
Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss findings and treatment plans
Participate in tumor boards and interdisciplinary case reviews
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiology advancements and best practices
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Participate in teaching and training of medical students and residents
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the radiology department
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Completion of residency in Radiology
Board certification or eligibility in Radiology
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Experience with PACS and radiology information systems is preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30a-5p
Remote weekend call (7:30a-5p), occasional evenings (5p-7p)
Setting: Hybrid
Daily Volume: ~100 RVUs
Case Mix: 60% IR, 40% DX
General diagnostic radiology skills required, including mammography
EMR: Epic
PACS: Sectra
Must be board-certified
