Quality Assurance Manager
Job Title: QE Manager Location: Fort Mill, SC Role Overview: We are seeking a highly seasoned QE Manager to drive end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives across multiple scrum teams. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires strong program oversight, strategic thinking, and the ability to ensure consistency across federated QE teams.The role will work closely with senior leadership (SVPs and VPs) to provide consolidated status updates, enforce QE standards, and ensure adherence to defined KPIs across the program.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end UAT and QE activities across multiple agile scrum teamsEnsure consistency in QE practices, processes, and deliverables across federated teamsDefine, track, and enforce QE KPIs and quality benchmarks across initiativesProvide regular program-level status updates to senior leadership (SVPs/VPs)Drive cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution of testing strategiesAct as a central point of influence for QE without direct reporting authorityIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across testing effortsChampion quality-first mindset and continuous improvement across teamsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong experience in QE/Test Leadership, including UAT management at scaleProven experience in program management within complex, multi-team environmentsData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and drive decisionsAbility to influence and align distributed/federated teams without direct authorityExcellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadershipExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with multiple teamsStrong communication, reporting, and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in large-scale enterprise programsFamiliarity with QE frameworks, tools, and best practicesAbility to balance strategic oversight with execution-level detail
