MS Dynamics 365 Manual QA TesterRole Summary:We are seeking meticulous and proactive Testers to join our quality assurance team, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. You will plan, execute, and document manual and automated testing activities to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of enterprise business applications. This role will work closely with developers, analysts, and operational stakeholders to support successful delivery of business-critical technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation based on functional requirements and technical specificationsExecute manual and automated testing activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 environmentsPerform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testingIdentify, document, prioritize, and retest defects in partnership with development teamsCollaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand workflows, business requirements, and expected system behaviorMaintain organized records related to test execution, issue tracking, and quality reportingRecommend improvements to QA processes, testing standards, and validation methodologiesSupport end-users during UAT activities and assist with testing-related troubleshootingEnsure testing activities align with organizational quality standards and established best practicesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applicationsFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 workflows, modules, and enterprise business processesExperience using testing and defect management platforms such as TestRail, Jira, or Azure DevOpsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceAbility to successfully complete fingerprinting and sworn statement requirements during onboardingMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirementsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting enterprise CRM or workflow-driven business applications in structured environmentsExposure to automated testing frameworks and enterprise QA tooling such as Playwright, RSAT, Selenium, or EasyReproFamiliarity with API validation and system integration testingExperience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environmentsExposure to Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and Power AppsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certifications or QA-related certificationsExperience supporting large-scale operational or compliance-focused technology initiativesPrior experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and application usabilityExperience implementing or supporting enterprise platforms within regulated or process-driven environments
