Job Role: PMIS Developer (Project Management Information System Developer)
Location:Frisco, TX / Cary, NC – Hybrid ( Currently remote, when required consultant should be ready to go to office)

We are looking for a PMIS Developer with strong technical expertise and a structured, analytical mindset to join our team.
? Core Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in Business Objects , Ruby on Rails , and MySQL/MariaDB
Structured, logical thinking with strong reliability and adaptability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Familiarity with CPE , network elements, and service management covering networks, managed services, CPE, IT services, security, applications, and unified communications
Deep understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle
Advanced Business Objects capabilities
Ruby (1.8/1.9) & Rails (2.x–4.x) with MVC
Proficiency in Linux environments
Experience with Apache , Nginx , Phusion Passenger
Comfortable with tools such as Eclipse , Rubymine , Aptana , shell scripting, cron jobs
Version control: Subversion , Git
Knowledge of utilities: GIMP, diff, hexdump
Databases: MariaDB/MySQL 5.x+, Oracle, SQL Server, FTTDS
OOP: class inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, Ruby, Rails, GitHub
Web Technologies: HTML, XML, REST APIs, CSS, JS, JQuery, Node.js, Nginx/Passenger, AJAX
Mail Servers: Postfix, Amivirus
Misc: shell scripting, cron, netcat, netstat, vi, rsync, file systems, system monitoring tools, package management
Development Approaches: Agile/RAD, SDLC roles
Telecom: WAN/LAN, provisioning, voice concepts (POTS, VoIP), trunking, networking components
Business & Analytics: UML, BPM, data visualization
Work closely with customers to define requirements and translate them into automated tools
Develop and maintain requirement documents and action logs
Create and secure approval for tool design documentation
Build, enhance, and implement tool designs
Conduct validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements
Support fixes, enhancements, and ongoing improvements

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
