Unlock your potential!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day clerical operations and developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive growth for key hospital services. The Executive Assistant maintains files, correspondence, generates reports, answers incoming calls and directs them appropriately.What you will do in this role:Perform administrative support functions (i.e. calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, report generation, correspondence, etc.).Coordinate day-to-day operations of the administrative office.Act as a liaison between department staff and the senior management team.Coordinate committees, meetings, etc. including scheduling, agenda, taking/typing minutes, etc. as requested.Maintain administrative files and other correspondence as indicated.Serve as ambassador of administration by providing high level of customer service (i.e. polite & professional telephone etiquette, prompt response to physician needs & requests, prompt & courteous response to all customer needs and/or concerns, etc.).Coordinate and manage other administratively directed functions as assigned.What qualifications you will need:High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred3-5 years progressively responsible clerical experienceExperience in a healthcare setting strongly preferredTyping speed of 75 wpm and excellent written and oral communication skills requiredExcellent computer skills requiredTriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is a 109-bed acute care hospital in Springfield Tennessee that is dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of Robertson County and the surrounding areas.
