Do not wait to apply as we have room for only a few exceptional people to join our team!!Responsibilities & Duties:Daily performance of sanitation duties including cleaning and sanitizing throughout the plant in all production areas - dismantling, cleaning, and sanitizing food processing equipmentSanitation functions throughout the plant including power washing, trash removal, working in tight and narrow spaces, clean in place (CIP), clean out of place (COP), and manual detailingWorking safely with chemicals in hot and/or cold environmentsUnderstanding the principles of the master cleaning schedule, dispensing of chemical cleaning solutions, meeting quality control guidelines, and following department proceduresIdentifying equipment problems and working cooperatively with maintenance and set-upCommunicating effectively with other departments to work together to achieve organizational goalsPosition Requirements:Ability to work with all chemical cleaning agents including fungicides and possible insecticides.Excellent attendance record, demonstrating reliability.Strong initiative to achieve results.Ability to work from heights when neededAbility to perform some heavy lifting, climb stairs, navigate around manufacturing equipment, and work with a sense of urgency.Good interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.Ability to work independently under light supervisionScissor lift experience preferredWhat We OfferPay rate : $16.00/hrSchedule: Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm with a possibility of earning overtime throughout the week (Based on performance)This position offers extended health benefits, as well as company contribution pension planEEO StatementDessert Holdings and its related entities provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristics protected by law.#DH1
