Our team values reliability, professionalism, and quality work.Restoration & Cleaning Technician Job SummaryThe Restoration Technician performs cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial customers while assisting with job documentation and identifying additional service opportunities.Restoration & Cleaning Technician Qualifications and ExperienceEducation and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred but not requiredIICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) * preferred but not requiredApplied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) * preferred but not requiredApplied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) * preferred but not requiredFire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) * preferred but not requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving record preferredRestoration & Cleaning Technician ResponsibilitiesPerform water extraction and structural drying using restoration equipmentAssist with mold remediation and containmentPerform carpet and floor cleaning servicesAssist with fire and smoke damage cleanupDocument job conditions with photos, notes, and moisture readingsAssist with job estimates and documentationSupport preparation of estimates using Xactimate when applicableCommunicate service recommendations and identify additional service opportunitiesMaintain company vehicles, equipment, and job site cleanlinessFollow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelinesSupport team members on large or emergency jobsPerform other job-related duties as requiredPhysical Requirements • Lift 40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally • Frequent standing, bending, and equipment use • Ability to work in environments affected by water, mold, fire, or limited utilitiesBefore You ApplyThis role requires reliability and professionalism.
