Feature Systems Engineering Process Lead

Responsibilities: Own end-to-end FEAS/FSE intake scoping governance fromfeature definition through planning readiness. Drive alignment with Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, OTA,feature package and engineering stakeholders for impactclarification and assessment completion. Ensure scope, use cases, boundary diagrams and conceptrequirements are sufficiently complete for downstreamtechnical evaluation. Track open questions from SCA Intake Review and drive timelyclosure with accountable stakeholders. Maintain Jira hygiene by keeping fields, statuses and taskprogress accurate and current. Provide capacity and Target PI planning inputs based onassessment status, scope clarity and dependency closure.Requirements: Python for data handling, automation, status analysis orprocess efficiency improvements. MagicDraw usage for feature definition, boundary diagrams,systems engineering artifacts or MBSE-linked inputs. Quality and data analysis capability to validate completeness,identify gaps and support evidence-based planning decisions. Jira workflow discipline for real-time status tracking and fieldaccuracy. Working knowledge of Functional Safety impact routing and cross-domain technical assessment workflows. Experience in automotive feature scoping, systemsengineering, FEAS/FSE planning or technical projectmanagement. Exposure to Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, OTA and featurepackage assessment interfaces. Ability to structure ambiguous feature inputs into clearengineering scope, assumptions, open points and closureactions. Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder technical reviews andapproval forums. Hands-on experience maintaining engineering planning data in Jiraor similar ALM/project-tracking tools.
