Feature Systems Engineering Process Lead
Responsibilities: Own end-to-end FEAS/FSE intake scoping governance fromfeature definition through planning readiness. Drive alignment with Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, OTA,feature package and engineering stakeholders for impactclarification and assessment completion. Ensure scope, use cases, boundary diagrams and conceptrequirements are sufficiently complete for downstreamtechnical evaluation. Track open questions from SCA Intake Review and drive timelyclosure with accountable stakeholders. Maintain Jira hygiene by keeping fields, statuses and taskprogress accurate and current. Provide capacity and Target PI planning inputs based onassessment status, scope clarity and dependency closure.Requirements: Python for data handling, automation, status analysis orprocess efficiency improvements. MagicDraw usage for feature definition, boundary diagrams,systems engineering artifacts or MBSE-linked inputs. Quality and data analysis capability to validate completeness,identify gaps and support evidence-based planning decisions. Jira workflow discipline for real-time status tracking and fieldaccuracy. Working knowledge of Functional Safety impact routing and cross-domain technical assessment workflows. Experience in automotive feature scoping, systemsengineering, FEAS/FSE planning or technical projectmanagement. Exposure to Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, OTA and featurepackage assessment interfaces. Ability to structure ambiguous feature inputs into clearengineering scope, assumptions, open points and closureactions. Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder technical reviews andapproval forums. Hands-on experience maintaining engineering planning data in Jiraor similar ALM/project-tracking tools.
