This isn't just another startup; our client is a Category Leader in AI for Logistics, backed by over $18M in funding from the world’s most elite venture capital firms, including Craft Ventures and Index Ventures.As the Founding SDR, you will join a team with deep pedigree—founded by veterans from Kodiak Robotics and Uber Freight—to help build the outbound engine that will scale the business through its next phase of hyper-growth.Why Join Now?Tier-1 Backing: Supported by the same investors behind industry giants like Airbnb, Slack, and Figma.Massive Momentum: Revenue has grown 12.5x in the last year, with transaction volumes skyrocketing as they automate the $1T trucking industry.Industry Heavyweights: Backed by angel investors from Project44, Ryder, and Motive, giving you an "unfair advantage" in account access and industry credibility.What You’ll DoPipeline Ownership: Drive outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events to generate qualified leads.High-Volume Outreach: Execute daily cold call campaigns to logistics executives—you should genuinely thrive in live conversations.Strategic Iteration: Develop and test outbound messaging; run mini-experiments to identify what resonates in the market and refine the company's "GTM Playbook."Multi-Threading: Navigate complex accounts by engaging stakeholders at multiple levels, from Ops Managers to C-suite executives.Leverage Modern Tech: Use cutting-edge AI and sales tools (such as Clay, HubSpot, and Claude) to automate the "busy work" and focus on high-value selling.Who You AreRelentless & High Energy: You have a natural bias for action and don't wait for a manual to get started.Curious & Creative: You seek to understand your prospects' pain points and are constantly testing new angles to "get in the door."Fearless: You are comfortable picking up the phone to engage with VP or C-suite executives at major logistics firms.Strategic Thinker: You focus on comprehensive account plans rather than just hitting a daily dial count.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in B2B SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles.Proven Track Record: A history of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.Industry Context: Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight tech is highly valued but not required.Location: Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $70K – $80KCommission: $30K – $40K OTEEquity: Significant "founding member" equity upside.Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401k.
