Territory Sales ManagerOn Point Solutions, LLCTerritory: Southern MN (Minneapolis, St Paul, Rochester, Mankato, Albert Lee)Budgeted Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 + commission (base determined by experience)About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone with experience in:Industrial equipment salesManufacturing technology salesMachine tool salesAutomation or fabrication solutionsTechnical B2B capital equipmentYou’ll work directly with fabrication shops, manufacturers, plant leadership, and business owners to identify operational challenges and recommend solutions that improve production and profitability.Candidates whose backgrounds have been primarily centered in high-volume consumer, retail, automotive dealership, residential, or pharmaceutical sales environments may find this role to be a significantly different sales model than what they are accustomed to.What You'll DoDevelop and grow a defined sales territory through strategic prospecting and relationship-buildingIdentify and close new capital equipment opportunities within fabrication and manufacturing environmentsManage the full sales cycle from discovery through implementationBuild strong partnerships with shop owners, plant managers, engineers, and operations leadersConduct equipment presentations, customer visits, and solution discussionsCollaborate with internal applications, service, and leadership teams to support customer successMaintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM activityRepresent On Point Solutions professionally at customer sites, trade shows, and industry eventsTravel extensively throughout the territory to support customers and business growthThe Right Person for This Role Will Likely Have: Prior experience selling within industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, fabrication, CNC, automation, or other technical B2B environmentsComfort working directly within manufacturing facilities and production environmentsConfidence communicating with owners, operators, engineers, plant leadership, and decision-makersExperience managing longer sales cycles and complex customer projectsA consultative sales mindset focused on relationship-building and problem-solving rather than transactional sellingThe ability to operate independently, manage a territory strategically, and take ownership of customer relationshipsA genuine interest in helping manufacturers improve operational efficiency, productivity, and performancePreferred Background5+ years of B2B sales experienceExperience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, machine tools, fabrication, welding, CNC, or related industries strongly preferredProven ability to manage a territory and grow revenueExperience selling high-value or technical solutions preferredCRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territoryAdditional RequirementsValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordAbility to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight travelAbility to work remotely and independently from a home officeComfortable working in industrial and manufacturing environmentsMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission opportunityRemote-first work environmentTravel and business expense reimbursement401(k) with company matchQSEHRA healthcare reimbursement programPaid time off and holidaysAdditional work allowances for eligible rolesProfessional development reimbursement Employee Referral programClear career path with expectations and goalsOn Point Holdings, LLC and its affiliated entities are Equal Opportunity Employers.
