PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGERLocation: Manhattan, New York City, USAEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Product MarketingReports To: Founder / Regional ManagementPosition SummaryThe Product Marketing Manager will lead the U.S. market launch, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our food supplement and wellness products in America. This role will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, building local brand awareness, managing social media and influencer collaborations, coordinating with agencies, and driving sales growth through both online and offline channels.The ideal candidate understands the U.S. wellness and supplement market, consumer behavior, product positioning, market research, digital marketing, and commercial growth strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Go-to-Market StrategyDevelop and execute U.S. product marketing strategies aligned with company growth targets.Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the U.S. supplement market.Create product launch plans, campaign calendars, and commercialization strategies.Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking within the wellness and supplement industry.Product Marketing & Commercial ExecutionCoordinate cross-functional product launch activities with sales, operations, creative teams, and external partners.Develop product education materials, product claims communication, and launch toolkits.Support e-commerce growth strategies across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.Monitor product performance, customer feedback, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.Brand Building & Partnership ManagementBuild relationships with influencers, KOLs, affiliates, wellness communities, and marketing agencies.Organize product seeding, PR campaigns, launch events, and community activations.Develop strategic partnerships with gyms, wellness studios, retailers, and healthcare-related businesses.Digital Marketing & Consumer EngagementManage social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital activations to increase product awareness.Work with designers, content creators, agencies, and KOLs to develop marketing materials and product campaigns.Ensure all product claims and marketing communications comply with U.S. FDA and FTC advertising guidelines for supplements.Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare regular performance reports and marketing insights.Analyze ROI and optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Management, or related field.Minimum 2–5 years of product marketing or brand marketing experience, preferably in: - Food supplement - Wellness - Beauty - FMCG - Consumer health productsExperience launching or scaling brands in the U.S. market is highly preferred.Technical & Commercial SkillsStrong understanding of product marketing, branding, and go-to-market strategy.Experience with digital marketing including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and email marketing.Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or e-commerce platforms.Ability to analyze product and marketing data using Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.Soft SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.Ability to work independently in a startup environment.Strong project management and multitasking abilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability.Preferred QualificationsExperience in startup or international company environments.Existing network with influencers or wellness communities in New York or the U.S.Understanding of supplement compliance and labeling regulations.Bilingual abilities are a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding international wellness brand.Potential future leadership opportunities.
