We are building somethingspecial—an environment where children thrive, families feel supported, and team members growprofessionally and personally.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-centered Operations Manager to help lead theday-to-day operations of our center.This role is critical to the success of the location. You will work closely with clinical leadership, supportstaff, and families to ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with RCG’s highstandards of care.If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and enjoys building systems,leading teams, and making a meaningful impact, this is an exciting opportunity to help stand up and growa center from the ground up.What You’ll DoLead and manage daily operations, including scheduling, intake coordination, and billing supportSupervise and support administrative and operations staff, providing coaching, training, andperformance feedbackServe as a key point of contact for families, insurance providers, and community partnersPartner with clinical leadership to ensure operational workflows support high-quality care andcomplianceDevelop and refine processes to improve efficiency, organization, and the overall familyExperienceMonitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation in collaboration with leadershipEnsure compliance with Virginia state regulations, payer requirements, and internal standardsOversee facility operations, vendor relationships, and supply managementSupport hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts for center staffTrack and report key operational metrics to support decision-making and growthWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field(Master’s preferred)3–5 years of operations management experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, orpediatric servicesStrong understanding of insurance processes, authorizations, and healthcare complianceProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teamsExceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsComfort working in a dynamic, growing environment where processes continue to evolveProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling or practice managementsystemsBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to support our diverse communityWhy Join RCGCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision)Paid time off and holidaysOngoing professional development and growth opportunitiesA collaborative, supportive team environmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every dayOur CultureAt RCG, we lead with purpose.
