This role works closely with engineering to build and evaluate early‐stage designs, execute validation tasks, and contribute to product and process improvements with intermittent guidance.**Job Requirements**+ Build and assemble prototype, verification, and validation units following engineering guidance+ Perform testing, data collection, and documentation to support product and process validation+ Operate laboratory and manufacturing equipment with limited supervision+ Execute process characterization tasks and assist with validation activities+ Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and escalate as needed+ Use measurement tools and collect data to identify trends and irregularities+ Create and update work instructions and technical documentation with some guidance+ Support preventive maintenance and calibration activities for equipment+ Assist in fixture setup, modification, and tooling support+ Work cross‐functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams**What your background should look like**+ High school diploma or equivalent required; **technical degree preferred**+ 2+ years of experience in **lab, R&D, manufacturing, or technical environments**+ Working knowledge of **electromechanical systems, equipment, and tools**+ Ability to read **prints, drawings, and technical instructions**+ Experience with **data collection, documentation, and test execution**+ Basic understanding of **process validation and characterization concepts**+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes**Competencies**Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork**ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY**TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
