This role follows drawings, work instructions, and blueprints to fit and install hardware to frames while maintaining high quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and prepare all fabricated and finished products for shipment to customers.Perform final assembly of components according to drawings, work instructions, and blueprints.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.Fit and install hardware to frames and other structures with precision.Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.Essential SkillsExperience with hand/power toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.Basic computer skills to navigate instructions and production systems.Basic math skills for measurements and verification of dimensions.Comfort working in a moderate to loud production environment that can be dusty during grinding and sawing operations.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a production or assembly environment.Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and practices.Ability to operate or work around forklifts and other material handling equipment.Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work.Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.Why Work Here?You join a company that actively invests in your well-being and professional growth.
