Technology StackFrontend: React (modern JavaScript/TypeScript) Backend: Golang, Node.js, and/or Java Infrastructure: Cloud-based environments Key Responsibilities Technical FocusContribute to frontend development using React (~45%) Build and maintain backend services and APIs (~40%) Participate in architectural design, DevOps practices, and system planning (~15%) Day-to-Day ActivitiesMajority hands-on development (approximately 70%) Technical leadership and team support (15%) Collaboration across engineering and cross-functional teams (15%) Required Qualifications7+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Solid backend development experience in at least one of the following: Golang, Node.js, or Java Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineering capacity Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization Experience working within Agile development frameworks Preferred QualificationsBackground in aviation, transportation, or other safety-critical industries Experience building or supporting microservices and distributed systems Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead code reviews Compensation & BenefitsEquity participation eligibility Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and vacation benefits Additional RequirementsCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, both now and in the future.
