Senior Paralegal

Job Description Support attorneys through the claims process and beyond at a prominent Long Island personal injury law firm. Responsibilities include:• Assist with initial client consultations, policy review, and assessment of supporting physician documentation• Gather medical records and prepare initial claim submissions• Prepare and manage proof of loss documentation• Draft pleadings and legal documents• Handle No-Fault cases and medical requests• Maintain communications with high-level professionals and clients• Manage medical and financial information with discretion and accuracy• Support attorneys across Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Workers' Compensation, and Mass Tort practice areasRequirements:• Associate's degree or higher in Legal Studies or related field• 4–10 years of paralegal or legal support experience at a law firm• Prior experience working on the plaintiff's side of personal injury matters is a significant advantage• Experience with No-Fault claims, medical requests, and pleading preparation• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills• Proficiency with computer systems and legal software• Comfort working with medical and financial information• Process-driven approach to legal support• Ability to interact professionally with attorneys and senior stakeholders• Bilingual capability (English and Spanish preferred)• Available for full-time, in-office workThis is a prominent boutique law firm on Long Island specializing in personal injury representation, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, mass tort, and related practice areas.
