They need a candidate with the following experience: Implement new releases of service components into the operational environment following well-defined controlled processes of change, configuration and release management Maintain accurate information on all IT assets and configurations within the service Coordinate deployment and implementation projects of wide area networks for state agencies and institutions that require connectivity to the North Carolina Information Network Develop provisioning, configuration and deployment plans and coordinate with agencies before and during the implementation of the plans Ensure equipment availability and correct configuration, and general oversight of the entire project Consult with service delivery staff to fulfill service requests that include provisioning of data locations Demonstrated knowledge and experience in configuration of VLANs Experience with all Cisco routers and switches Knowledge and/or experience with WLAN J-18808-Ljbffr
