Overview Join Cisco’s Hypershield team to design and implement control plane software for network security features in smart switching and distributed firewall systems. You will translate policies into configurations, build scalable APIs, and collaborate across control plane, data plane, and platform teams to enable secure, policy-driven networking at an enterprise scale. This role combines hands-on Go development, Linux environments, and network engineering concepts to advance a distributed security architecture used across multiple Cisco platforms. You will work in a global, cross-functional setting with a clear impact on product security and deployment workflows.
