A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Non-Technical Business Systems Analyst to help support their business needs.The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategiesGather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developersServe as a liaison between business teams and IT to deliver effective technical solutionsSupport complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvementConduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisionsContribute to multiple projects as a team member, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverablesAnalyze complex problems and develop innovative, data-driven solutionsSupport UAT processes, including test planning, execution, and validationAssist with user training and enablement for new systems and processesProvide operational support and troubleshoot system and process issuesSkills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred2-4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or related rolesBasic understanding of programming concepts and the ability to read codeExperience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlinesExperience supporting business operations and improving process efficiencyPreferred QualificationsExperience with Power BI for reporting and data visualizationExperience supporting UAT processesExposure to product management or product lifecycle activitiesExperience delivering user training and documentationExperience providing operational or production supportHours and Location:M-F, 40 hours/weekHybrid in Warren, MI - 3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week An Equal Opportunity Employer.
