Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve.ABOUT THE MEDSURG UNITS AT BMC SOUTH:The Medical-Surgical Units at Boston Medical Center - South play a vital role in delivering comprehensive inpatient care to a diverse patient population. These units, including Post-Surgery, Orthopedics, Orthospine, Bariatrics and Hospice beds, serve as the backbone of the hospital's acute care services, managing patients with a wide range of medical and post-surgical needs. Across all med-surg units, nurses and interdisciplinary teams provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, focusing on recovery, stabilization, and discharge planning. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
