Network Security Analyst

Addus Homecare is Seeking a Full Time fully remote Network Security Analyst for their Night Shift Help Desk team.Position Summary: The Network Security Analyst is responsible for implementing cybersecurity products, processes, and policies to protect Addus' I.T. infrastructure, data, and business. The position will conduct network monitoring and intrusion detection, analyze network traffic for anomalies, and test the information security controls for weaknesses. The Network Security Analyst works with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to communicate the state of information security, inform of possible risks, and suggest ways to improve security. The Network Security Analyst must stay on top of emerging threats and vulnerabilities in IT security. They are expected to conduct research, attend I.T. security conferences, and participate in professional association meetings to gain awareness of the latest information security developments, trends, and best practices.Security Operations experience is preferred. Working knowledge of how to investigate a security incident is a plusSchedule: Saturday and Sunday, 12-hour shifts (10am – 10pm Central Time - flexible).
