Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesManage AST rapid and complex Oracle Cloud and SaaS project engagementsEngage with AST project team members and client stakeholders to ensure adherence to AST's project methodologyPrepare weekly project status reporting for project PMO, client steering committee and AST ManagementManage project resources and project timeline to the established project budget, addressing all changes in scope according to the project change control processDevelop and manage project schedulesAssist with business development initiatives including presentations and proposalsAssist with internal operational objectives for project management methodology and practicesRequired Technical And Professional Expertise7-10+ years managing Oracle Cloud (HCM, FIN, SCM, EPM, ERP) implementation projectsExperience leading multi-year, multi-phase and complex Oracle Cloud engagements and migrationsPublic Sector (city/state/local government) and/or K12 schools project experience requiredAbility to conduct effective discussions about Oracle systems and business operations topics with all levels of client organizations and across all discipline areas (technical, functional, change management, project management, and operations management)Experience with managing engagements that include third-party, integrated systemsUnderstanding of full life cycle project delivery methodology including stakeholder and risk management practicesFamiliarity with implementation of change management objectives and practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people4-year bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)PMP Certified (highly recommended)Experience utilizing a full life cycle methodologyStrong troubleshooting skills, especially to facilitate the resolution of cross-team challengesExcellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsAbility to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)Ability to manage and collaborate with an offshore delivery arm of the overall project team, for both functional and technical delivery tasksJ-18808-Ljbffr
