By unifying retrieval, clinical intelligence, risk adjustment, quality improvement, and member management solutions into one intelligent, AI-powered system, Reveleer streamlines fragmented workflows to supercharge productivity, enhance care quality, and optimize performance on high-priority value-based initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCreate beautiful web surfaces and interactive dashboard experiences using technologies such as React, JavaScript, CSSBuild the backend & APIs that power these experiences, defining composable data models and durable interfacesDebug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack with an eye towards improving maintainability over the long termScope, design, and lead technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to iteratively evolve and scaleSolve product problems and build delightful user experiences for our usersPartner closely with other engineers and scientists to build highly scalable, ML driven system(s), help run experiments, and surface insights across all points of customer interactionsResolve problems and provide daily troubleshooting, analysis, and problem definition for production issuesQualifications6+ years of professional hands-on software development experienceYou are an expert at building web applications using HTML, CSS, and at least one JavaScript framework like React.js, AngularJS or Backbone.jsYou have implemented server-side APIs in dynamic languages like NodeJS, Python, working with document and relational datastores (especially Mongo)You enjoy spelunking through new datasetsYou have excellent oral and written communicationYou have proven ability to thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter expertsYou are a first principle thinker and enjoy putting yourself in the shoes of the target customerHighly motivated, self-learner with great attention to detailsThrive in a collaborative environment involving different functions, stakeholders, and subject matter expertsAdditional Desired SkillsTypescriptUse of MongoDB at scalePythonServerless architecturesUnderstanding of ML, LLMs & Vector databasesUI/UX Design using FigmaWhat You'll ReceiveCompetitive payMedical, Dental and Vision benefits including HSA/FSA401k with Employer Match100% paid short term and long-term disability insurancePTO plan and 10 paid company holidaysSalary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 / annuallyOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
