Senior Building Automation Systems Project Manager | Texas | 50% travel

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Manager to lead large-scale data center projects across Texas. This role is ideal for a technically strong project leader with deep controls expertise and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-site deployments. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to schedule and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end BAS project execution for mission-critical data center environmentsManage multiple concurrent projects across various locations in TexasCoordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teamsOversee system design review, commissioning, and integration processesEnsure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standardsProvide technical leadership in controls systems, including troubleshooting and optimizationTrack budgets, forecasts, and project performance metricsSupport business development efforts and client relationship managementRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in BAS or controls project managementStrong expertise with Niagara Framework and/or EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring Systems)Proven experience delivering data center or other mission-critical projectsDeep understanding of HVAC controls, electrical systems, and integration platformsAbility to manage travel up to 50% across TexasStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldPMP certification or equivalent project management credentialsExperience with large-scale, multi-site deploymentsFamiliarity with commissioning processes and industry standards (ASHRAE, etc.)
